Beer IPA of the Brwery Kukà"Beer I.P.A." It is an artisan beer fermented in the bottle style "India Pale Ale" produced by Beer Firm Marche "Kukà".
It looks very nice, pale yellow with a lovely rich lather that gives off a strong and persistent bouquet floral and citrusy, with grapefruit on everything.
In spite of the rich mouth texture flows very well, the ending reminds us that we are drinking an IPA, with a bitter taste of American hops cascade and amarillo that dominate the scene.
The beer has made a good impression although there are two elements such as long-term and clear glass bottle that leaves us a bit confused.

Hystory and curiosity:

"Kuka" is a Beer Firm Marche was born in 2014 in Civitanova Marche.
The selection of raw materials is very careful choice of water such as the Monte Nerone, a source now being used by many craft microbreweries and the use of American hops cascade.
Besides I.P.A. "Kuka" produces three beers: "White", "Rosa" and "Strong", we hope to recensirle all as soon as possible.

Culinary matching:

Pasta dishes, white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
